Keeping your medical records secure is one of our top priorities. All records are stored on site in a secure area and any digital files are sent using the strict HIPAA standards to protect your information. We also use the records to work with other specialists and even the hospital. We do this to maintain our patient-centered care.

Lab, biopsy and x-ray results take 7 to 10 working days to be delivered. The physicians review the results and the patient will be notified by letter or phone. Please be aware if a report reveals a serious abnormal value the physician is notified immediately by the lab and the patient will be called.

Our fees are based on the highly specialized care we provide. All deductibles and co-payments are expected at the time of service. Visa and Discover card are accepted for your convenience.

The physicians spend most of their mornings at the Out-Patient Surgeries Centers. In the afternoon, physicians see patients from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The voicemail system is the quickest way to leave a message. Voice mail is reviewed by the Clinical Staff every hour. Messages are given to the physician as soon as he is available.
