  • How do I obtain a prescription Refill?
    • Call the Main Menu between 9 AM and 11 AM.
    • Please do not wait until you have taken your last pill!
  • What are the office hours?
    • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Who do I call after hours?
    • After hours call 910-323-5203 to receive assistance
  • What should I do in an emergency?
    • Should you have an emergency ask the operator to connect you to the on call nurse.
  • How do I contact my physician's nurse?
    • Once you have met your physician's nurse you will be given her direct line, which will ring her desk directly. We ask that you understand that due to privacy laws the nurse is unable to answer patient phone calls while she is in clinic, in which case you will have to leave a message.
  • What happens if I cancel my appointment?
    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the patient may be charged.
  • How long will it take for my test results to be returned?
    • At least 7 to 10 working days.
    • The physicians review the results and the patient will be notified by letter or by phone.
    • If a report reveals a serious abnormal value the physician is notified immediately by the lab and the patient will be called.
  • How can I obtain a copy of my medical records?
    • Requests for medical records are release only with your written consent
    • There is a fee for copying medical records.
    • 3 to 5 working days notification is required.
  • What are your methods of payment?
    • Cash, Check, Visa, Discover are accepted
